Document Review and Data Collection

RPM will undertake a comprehensive review of the Integrated Youth Model, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and Youth Facilitator Position Description to gain a clear understanding of the current operational environment and context. This process will include identifying and analysing relevant statistics, collecting data, and conducting an in-depth analysis to inform the next stage of strategic development and direct stakeholder engagement with all youth service providers .

Integrated Youth Model Review

RPM recently delivered a comprehensive report to the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley (SWEK) and key stakeholders outlining the findings from the delivery of services and the implementation of the Integrated Youth Model. Following the evaluation, SWEK will refine and update the model to enhance outcomes for young people across the region. RPM has been re-engaged to further develop the high-level youth strategy, including identifying and securing pathways for future funding.
