Mulan Aboriginal Corporation Youth Strategy

Mulan Youth Strategy

RPM is contracted by Mulan Aboriginal Corporation to work alongside the community in developing and implementing a local youth strategy. This includes mentoring and supporting identified local youth workers to deliver meaningful, community-led programs.

Now in the second year of a two-year contract, RPM has established several key partnerships to strengthen the program’s outcomes. We are currently implementing a trauma-informed youth program with five local Mulan youth workers, ensuring that activities are culturally appropriate and responsive to community needs. This includes the development and implementation of the junior ranger program, in partnership with the Paraku Rangers and the Mulan School.

In partnership with Charles Darwin University, RPM is also supporting the delivery of accredited Youth Work Certificates and Degree pathways, helping to build local skills, confidence, and long-term employment opportunities for young people in Mulan.
